The new hit Canadian musical, Anne and Gilbert
is a "theatrical treat" (Ottawa Citizen).
Based on the sequel novels
to Anne of Green Gables, this "utterly charming"
Variety new musical tells the story of Anne Shirley's
journey into young adulthood and her romance with
Gilbert Blythe. This coming season celebrates
the 100th anniversary of the publication of the
Canadian classic, Anne of Green Gables, by Lucy
Maud Montgomery.
GOYA Theatre has been given
the exclusive rights to present the Ottawa premiere.
Anne and Gilbert is sure to be "a winner"
Toronto Star.
